Do you offer same-day delivery? +
Yes! Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Saturday qualify for same-day delivery across Singapore. A small rush surcharge of S$8 applies for orders outside the central region.
How far in advance should I order for weddings? +
We recommend booking wedding florals at least 3 months ahead, and 6 months for peak dates like December and February. Our calendar fills quickly — reach out early!
Can I customise the flowers in my bouquet? +
Absolutely. All bouquets and subscription boxes can be customised based on your preferred flowers, colours, and budget. Just let us know in the message form above.
What if I'm not home to receive my delivery? +
Our drivers will leave the flowers in a shaded spot and send you a photo confirmation via WhatsApp. We use water-retaining packaging to keep blooms fresh for up to 4 hours after drop-off.
Do you deliver to hotels and offices? +
Yes, we deliver to all commercial and hotel addresses island-wide. Please include the recipient's name, company name, floor, and unit number in your delivery instructions.
Are gift messages included? +
Yes, a handwritten gift card is included free with every order. Simply add your message in the notes at checkout, or call us and we'll write it for you.
